On a cruise nobody has to face expectations such as having to be busy; there is nothing else to do than enjoying oneself while lounging around, swimming, playing games, eating in fine restaurants or reading a good book and in between taking pleasure in gazing on the endless ocean around you every now and then. It was then that the success of the shipping companies once again reached the level of the pre-Boeing jet era.
